Jin'S Morning Mishmash


1. Stir-fry chikn' patties in olive oil for 3 minute.

2. Add onions and fold together.

3. Add tofu (there should still be water retained in the tofu, so the mixture shouldn't burn).

4. Add rice and spices, mixing thoroughly.

5. Once the spices are incorporated, add vegetable broth and let simmer until mixture in thick and sticky (usually 20 min.).

6. Enjoy!
