1. Wash rice; soak 30 minutes. 2. Trim green beans; cut. I think they shell some of the beans. 3. Heat the oil; add onion and garlic; cook low so you don't burn them. 4. Add green beans, green pepper, salt and pepper, and coriander. 5. Heat low; cook 15 minutes. 6. Add rice and stock bring to a boil. 7. Cover and put at low simmer for 20 minutes; do not lift the lid. 8. You have to flip this over on a plate when done. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
