1. Gently combine the ingredients in a mixing bowl. 2. form into 4 equal sized hamburger patties. 3. Chill for a few hours to combine the flavours if possible. 4. In a separate bowl combine the carrots, cucumbers, rice wine, sugar and toasted sesame seeds. 5. Mix well, cover and chill for a few hours if possible. 6. In a small serving bowl combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, Sriracha, paprika and garlic powder. 7.
