1. Place meat, onions, potatoes, and carrots into a Dutch oven, cover with water and boil for twenty minutes or until potatoes are tender. 2. Add canned vegetables. 3. You probably will not need the entire can of tomato juice. 4. Simmer on stove for thirty minutes. 5. Salt and pepper to taste. 6.
