Kalakhand Milk Cake Barfi


1. Blend all the ingredients with melted butter and place in a baking pan.

2. Bake at 350 deg F.

3. Stir the mixture frequently, more frequently as it begins to brown (to even out the browning).

4. When the mixture is a light golden brown, it is ready to be taken out of the oven.

5. Cool, pat it down and cut into squares.

6. Enjoy!
