Kale Pattie


1. Boil kale in salted water for 10 minutes; drain.

2. Soak bread rolls; squeeze dry.

3. Chop the kale and rolls together finely.

4. Add flour, egg, onion, salt and pepper and enough crumbs to make a stiff dough.

5. Form into patties.

6. Roll into remaining bread crumbs; brown in shortening.
