1. In a pan, mix together the water, chopped nopal, garlic, and salt. 2. Cook on stovetop over medium heat, approximately 8 minutes. 3. Remove from heat and drain in a colander. Let cool for 15 minutes. 4. In a bowl, mix the nopalitos with the tomatoes, cheese, and cilantro as desired.
