Kashmiri Chops


1. in a pressure cooker place the chops.

2. add in the milk, ginger powder, aniseed powder, cardamom powder and pepper powder.

3. pressure cook this for 10 minutes or till chops become tender.

4. remove the cooker lid and on low flame dry the milk.

5. add salt, cook for few mins then keep aside.

6. beat the eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt in it.

7. heat oil in a pan.

8. dip the chops in the egg and deep fry till golden brown.
