1. heat oil is a non stick skillet. 2. add onion and cook for 5 minutes. 3. add veal and beef, season with salt& pepper and cook breaking up with spoon until no longer pink. 4. drain grease. 5. add garlic tomatoes, ginger, garam masala and jalapenos, cook for 5 minutes. 6. add peas and lower heat, cook for 5-10 minutes more until flavor is blended. 7. stir in lemon juice and basil. 8. serve over basmati rice. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
