Kelly'S Spiral Ham &Amp; Swiss Strombolis


1. Unroll dough onto lightly greased cookie sheet.

2. Place slices of ham on top, overlapping into 3 rows, to within ½” of edges.

3. Sprinkle evenly with onions, bacon and olives.

4. Sprinkle with cheese.

5. Roll up, jelly~ roll style, starting from long end.

6. Seal long seam, pinching, seal ends and tuck under a little.

7. Place seam~side down onto cookie sheet.

8. With sharp knife, cut several ¼” deep slits on top at an angle.

9. Brush with egg wash, butter, or olive oil.

10. Sprinkle with a pinch or 2 of salt.

11. Sprinkle lightly with parmesan cheese if desired.

12. Bake in 350• oven for 26-30 minutes till golden brown.

13. Let cool just a bit.

14. Cut into slices at an angle.

15. About 3-4 servings.

16. You can also make 2-4 individual ones if desired.
