1. Soak all the daals& wheat for 3 hours, then wash and drain well Grind red chillies, turmeric, garlic& ginger, salt into a paste Heat ghee, and fry the ground spice paste well Add meat, and stir fry for 5 minutes Add wheat and dals, with 12 cups of water Also add chopped mint and coriander and blend well, adding salt to taste. 2. Simmer on a low flame for 2 hours Serve hot garnished with fried onions, ghee and lemon slices. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
