1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. 2. Heat oil in frypan. 3. Brown mince. 4. Stir in flour and cook stirring 1 minute. 5. Blend in stock paresly and pepper. 6. Simmer, stirring 5 mins. 7. Mash potatoes until smooth with milk and butter. 8. Spoon meat into 4 ramakins. 9. Top with an even amount of vegetables. 10. Spread potato over the top. 11. Bake 15 mins. 12.
