Kidney Bean Soup


1. Heat the oil in a pan and add chopped onions.

2. Once the onions are translucent and soft, add the ginger, garlic, cumin seeds and parsley.

3. Cook until fragrant.

4. Now, add the salsa, tomato paste,alongwith some water,kidney beans plus the liquid (about half cup liquid).

5. Add salt and pepper to taste.

6. Simmer until thick enough.

7. Serve warm with thick crusty bread.
