1. In a large pot, cut bacon into 1" wide pieces and brown. 2. Drain fat and add onions and garlic. 3. Cook until onions and garlic are soft. 4. Add sauerkraut (one can should be drained, use the liquid from the other can). 5. Slice kielbasa into 1/4" to 1/2" pieces and add to pot. 6. Cook on low for 2-4 hours stirring occasionally (the longer the better). ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
