1. Saute (stir fry)Onions, celery, and Chilies until onions are translucent. 2. Remove from frying pan, set aside to drain on paper towels. 3. Brown Kielbasa. 4. Mix all ingredients in a crock pot set on low. 5. Cook for 6 Hours. 6.
