1. Pour 1.5 cups water in crockpot. 2. Chop 1.5 tablespoons green bell pepper. 3. Chop 1/2 tablespoon yellow onion. 4. Pour into crockpot. 5. Add a pinch of crushed bay leaf. 6. Add a dash of Seasoned Salt. 7. Stir 50 times. 8. Put crockpot on high for "2 hour" setting. 9. Comeback in 30 minutes. 10. Reduce to low "2 hour" setting. 11. Chop sausages into 1/2 inch pieces. 12. mince garlic cloves. 13. Throw into a plastic Ziplock bag. 14. Add dry seasonings to bag. 15. Shake bag vigorously for 2 minutes- you want seasonings to spread. 16. Put bag in fridge for 4 hours to marinate. 17. After 4 hours, take bag out of fridge. 18. Heat a skillet to medium-high heat. 19. Oil pan using 1 teaspoon vegetable oil. 20. Wait for oil to sizzle. 21. chop 1 large stalk celery. 22. Place sausages on skillet for 1.5 minutes on each side, or until brown. 23. For the last 1/3 of sausages, place on skillet with 1 stalk celery. 24. Place sausages in a bowl and set aside when done. 25. Strain vegetable broth in crock-pot with a strainer. 26. Add 1.5 more cups of water to broth; if most of it burnt off. 27. Put broth back into crock-pot. 28. Pour celery and sausages into crock-pot, with broth. 29. Stir 50 times. 30. Put crockpot on 8 hour setting on "low". 31.
