Kilawin Na Tanigue


1. Cut the fish into 2cm cubes.

2. Thinly slice the shallots.

3. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours.

4. Chop the onion finely.

5. Transfer to a Kilawin to a serving bowl and garnish with the chopped onion.

6. Serve cold.
