King Fish Fry


1. Mix together all the spices with the vinegar and salt.

2. Coat the fish and with this paste and keep aside for half and hour.

3. In a non-stick frying pan, heat oil until smoking.

4. Reduce heat and shallow fry fish turning once, until nicely browned.

5. Serve with lemon.
