1. Combine first 3 ingredients in blender until smooth. 2. Add sugar and orange peel and pulse to combine. 3. Pour into shallow freezer safe container and freeze for 3 hours. 4. Using mixer beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. 5. Return to freezer for 3 more hours. 6. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. 7.
