1. -Add all liquid ingerdients and beef boullion and 2. bring to boil (I use microwave). 3. - combine all dry ingredients in small bowl mix well. 4. -Brown meat in oil. 5. -sautee onion and garlic till soft. 6. - add dry ingredients sautee 1 minute more. 7. -add the rest of ingredients and simmer 1 1/2 hours or till vegetables are cooked. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
