1. In a blender mix together the meat, half of the onions and half of the garlic with the parsley. 2. Add the egg and mix into the meat. 3. Form the meat into balls the size of a walnut. 4. Heat the oil in a deep pan and fry the meat balls till they are browned. Remove from pan. 5. In a pan melt the ghee and fry the onions till golden. Add all the spices and ginger, and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. 6. Add the meat balls and cook for 20 mins, stir them gently do not allow them to stick to the pot. 7.
