Kullah'S Alfredo


1. While cooking the main ingredients, put on a pot of water and add 1 to 2 tsp salt; bring to a boil and add pasta; drain; add some oil to the pot and add the pasta back; cover to keep warm.

2. Fry off the chicken, adding the herbs and spices above.

3. Drain and return to pan, reducing heat.

4. Add cream.

5. Add chicken bouillon, stirring to dissolve.

6. Bring to a low boil.

7. Reduce heat.

8. Add cheeses, melting and stirring into the cream sauce (medium-low heat).

9. Add knob of butter and melt into the sauce, stirring.

10. All to simmer slowly for 10 to 15 minutes.

11. Remove from heat, plate the pasta, and drench it with the sauce - serve immediately.
