Kumara (Sweet Potato) Wedges With Mustard And Lime Yogurt


1. Pre-heat oven to 200ºC.

2. Place wedges on a tray lined with baking paper. Coat lightly with oil then sprinkle with seasoning. Cook for 25-30 minutes.

3. Mix together yoghurt, lime and mustard and serve with wedges.
