Lamb Chops Au Gratin


1. Broil or grill the chops for 5-10 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness.

2. Remove and keep warm.

3. Melt the butter in a non-stick pan, add the onions and cook until soft.

4. Add the beer and herbs and boil for 1 minute, stir in the cream and heat through.

5. Remove from the heat, add the cheese and chives and stir until melted.

6. Pour over the chops and serve immediately.
