1. Preheat oven to 220°C. 2. If using pizza dough roll out to approximately 25cm diameter. 3. Place on baking tray, and spread half of the pesto on each. 4. Layer all the other veggies, making sure they are spread out evenly. 5. Top with the cheese. 6.
