1. Clip stem ends off green beans. 2. Cut in half and rinse in cold water. 3. Brown lamb cubes and onions in butter, or a little water. 4. Add green beans and saute for 10 minutes. 5. Add salt, spices, chopped tomatoes and water. 6. Cover and simmer on low heat for 55 minutes, or until done. 7.
