1. Saute onion in 1 tbsp butter until transparent. 2. Cool slightly; mix with beef, egg, bread, salt and pepper. 3. Shape into 1-1/4 inch meatballs and roll in bread crumbs. 4. Brown slowly in remaining butter. 5. drain off all but 2 tbsp of fat. 6. Spoon yogurt over and around the meatballs; gently. 7.
