1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Lightly grease cookie sheets or line with parchment paper. 3. Mix all the ingredients (hands work best) except water until dough is combined and crumbly. 4. Add water and vanilla and knead until smooth. 5. Roll dough into walnut size balls and place on cookie sheets about 2" apart. 6. Flatten with a fork. 7. Bake 10 minutes or until lightly browned. 8.
