1. Heat oil in a wok. 2. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, chillies and onion. 3. Once onions turn slightly brown, add in the cooked rice. 4. Stir well. 5. Add fresh lemon juice, salt, lemon grass and mixed masala powder. 6. Keep mixing until the rice is covered in the aromatic ingredients. 7.
