1. Preheat oven to 350 F. 2. Cut cod into serving size pieces. 3. Mix butter and lemon juice. 4. In a separate bowl mix flour, salt and white pepper. 5. Dip cod in butter/lemon then roll in flour mixture. 6. Place in unreleased 8 x 8" pan. Pour whats left of the butter mixture on top.Sprinkle with paprika. 7. Bake uncovered for 25-30 mn. or until fish flakes easily with a fork. 8.
