Lemon Brussels Sprouts


1. Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil and drop in the sprouts; cook for 6 minutes. Drain and plunge the sprouts into ice water to stop the cooking. Drain again.

2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, add sprouts, stirring to coat them evenly Cook over med-low heat for 5 minutes.

3. Raise heat and add remaining ingredients; toss and serve immediately.
