1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. 2. Spoon over the fish fillets. 3. Broil on a greased baking sheet 6 inches from the heat for 8 minutes or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. 4. To serve, whisk together the lemon juice, mustard and dill weed. 5.
