1. Combine water and salt in a large saucepan. 2. Bring to a boil. 3. Add sprouts. 4. Cover and return water to boiling. 5. Lower heat and simmer covered for 15 minutes. 6. Drain and return to pan. 7. Meanwhile melt butter in a small saucepan. 8. Add the dill, lemon juice and water chestnuts. 9. Set aside. 10. To serve, pour the butter mixture over sprouts. 11.
