Lemon Italian Ice


1. squeeze juice from lemon, add 1 cup water and simmer with sugar and lemon pulp in saucepan for 2 minutes.

2. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly, stirr in splenda and kool aid mix.

3. Once solutes are dissolved, dilute with remaining water and add to appropriate containers for freezing.

4. Freeze 2 to 4 hours, but periodically stir to make sure solutes do not settle in the bottom and serve.
