1. Squeeze lemons and orange. 2. Chop coriander leaves and add. 3. Add soy sauce over, spice up with ginger and blend throughly. 4. Pour over your favorite fish, preferably cut into pieces which you can later take up with chop sticks and enjoy. 5. Let rest for 10 minutes. 6. Decorate with coriander and slices of lemon. 7.
