1. Cook milk and marshmallows, stirring over low heat until marshmallows melt. 2. Cool, stirring every 5 minutes until partially set. 3. Stir in creme de menthe and food coloring. 4. Fold in whipped cream. 5. Pour into crust, and freeze until firm. 6. Sprinkle with chocolate. 7.
