1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Spray baking dish with Pam. 3. In small bowl, combine bread and milk; let stand 10 minutes. 4. Saute onions until golden brown; add carrot, zucchini and garlic; cook until softened, set aside. 5. In large bowl, combine all ingredients; shape into loaf and place into prepared baking dish. 6. Bake 1 1/4 hours unil cooked through. 7. Remove from oven; let stand 5 minutes. 8. Serve in slices. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
