Light Beef Stroganoff


1. Slice steak into small strips.

2. Set aside.

3. Sauté garlic and onion in butter until tender.

4. Add steak, and, stirring constantly, cook until steak is lightly browned.

5. Add mushrooms and finish browning steak.

6. Add wine; cover and cook 10 minutes on low.

7. Dissolve cornstarch in cooled beef broth; stir into beef mixture.

8. Cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened.

9. Remove from heat; stir in dill and sour cream.

10. Serve over cooked hot noodles.
