1. In small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream and vanilla until smooth. 2. Gradually beat in confectioners' sugar. 3. Spread about 3 T over each crepe to within 1/2 inch of edges and roll up. 4. Arrange in an ungreased 13-inch by 9-inch by 2-inch baking dish. 5. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 5-7 minutes or until warm. 6. To serve, top each recipe with 1/4 cup pie filling and drizzle with 1 1/2 teaspoons chocolate syrup. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
