1. Preheat oven to 425°F. 2. Combine garam masala, ginger, cinnamon, and sugar in a small bowl. 3. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, sugar and spices, and egg substitute. 4. Slowly mix in skim milk. 5. Pour pumpkin filling into the ready-made pie crust. 6. Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes, then lower heat to 350°F for 45-60 minutes.
