1. Cube pork and marinade in next four ingredients for 20-30 minutes (more is fine). 2. Combine vinegar, soy, brown sugar and pineapple juice. 3. Set aside Dredge pork in cornstarch. 4. Coat wok with oil and heat. 5. Cook pork in wok until done and brown. 6. Remove from heat and set aside. 7. Stir fry garlic, ginger, and onion. 8. Add pineapple chunks. 9. Add sauce mixture and heat until thick and clear. 10. Add meat and cook until hot. 11. Can be served over rice. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
