Liisa'S Vienna Bread - Abm (Almost)


1. Place in bread machine in order given.

2. I use the dough setting on mine- just for the mixing and raising.

3. When dough is complete- roll out in rectangle and form long loaf.

4. Let raise again-- approx. 20 minutes.

5. I use a clay stone for baking.

6. Bake at 375 degrees for approx. 25 minutes.

7. If using the bread machine for baking-- use the light setting.
