1. Heat pan on stove, I use a cast iron pan, but you could even use a wok. 2. Melt butter in pan, add onion and garlic, cook for 30 seconds on high heat. 3. Add prawns and toss through onion, butter and garlic. 4. Add chilli and lime salad dressing (or lemon/lime juice). 5. Sprinkle 1 tsp marjoram over prawns. 6. Finish with freshly cracked black pepper and ground sea salt. 7. Garnish with fresh parsley, serve with rice.ENJOY :). ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
