1. In a large saucepan cook potatoes in boiling water to cover until tender, about 40 mins, and drain. 2. Cool slightly. 3. Cut into cubes. 4. In a small saucepan, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, salsa and taco seasonings. 5. Add to warm potatoes and toss gently to coat. 6. Cover, and refrigerate at least 1 hour. 7. Gently fold in remaining ingredients. 8. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
