1. clean shrimp. 2. saute garlic in olive oil until tender. 3. Remove garlic to bowl and save. 4. saute shrimp in olive oil until pink. 5. Add parsley, clam juice and lemon juice. 6. mash garlic with spoon until a paste. 7. add to shrimp. 8. simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. 9. salt and pepper to taste. 10. serve over linguine, cooked according to package directions. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
