1. Cover potatoes with water and cook until tender. 2. Use a potato masher to break up potatoes into smaller pieces.(do not mash the potatoes). 3. cook onions until semi-clear in a pan. 4. Add onions, tomatoes, tomato paste, green beans, pepper, salt, paprika, and italian seasoning to the pot of potatoes and mix well. 5. Simmer 45 minutes and then serve. 6.
