1. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente, just tender. 2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, stir- fry garlic and vegetables over heat in olive oil, about 2 minutes. Add stock and seasonings and cook over medium high heat until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally, about 3 minutes. 3. Toss vegetables and cheese with hot drained pasta.
