1. Heat oil in heavy large pot over medium heat. 2. Add onion, garlic, chili and oregano to skillet. 3. Saute until onion is tender, about 6 minutes. 4. Add clams with their juices and cream. 5. Simmer until sauce thickens slightly, about 4 minutes. 6. Add pasta and 4 tablespoons basil; toss until sauce coats pasta, about 2 minutes. 7. Season with salt and pepper. 8.
