1. Heat oil in a medium skillet; add onion and green pepper; saute 5 minutes. 2. Add garlic, saute 1 minute. 3. Stir in tuna and lemon juice. 4. Meanwhile, cook the linguine in plenty of boiling salted water, about 12 minutes. Drain. 5. Toss with tuna sauce and arugula.
