1. In a large pot bring 6 quarts of salted water to a boil. Cook the linguini for about 8 to 10 minutes until al dente. 2. In a large frying pan sauté the garlic in the olive oil for 2 minutes. 3. Add the diced tomatoes basil, oregano, vinegar, salt and pepper. 4. Cook for about 10 minutes. 5. Drain and add the linguini. 6.
